I am a mother, grandmother, and therapist whose work is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience. I specialize in supporting women across all stages of life, offering a steady and grounded space to explore the challenges that come with each season.
Women often move through profound transitions—pregnancy and postpartum, where identity and emotional demands shift quickly; midlife and menopause, where the body changes in ways that can feel unfamiliar; relationship changes such as marriage, divorce, and caregiving; and experiences of grief, loss, and healing from childhood trauma. Each stage brings its own complexity, and I believe women deserve care that is thoughtful, informed, and deeply attuned to these experiences.
My approach is trauma-informed and draws from evidence-based practices such as CBT, CPT, DBT, and Interpersonal Therapy. I also incorporate somatic awareness, parts work, and mind-body approaches to support emotional processing, regulation, and integration. I focus on helping clients not only understand their experiences, but move through them in a way that creates a sense of relief and resolution.
I offer therapy in an online setting, creating a space that is accessible, consistent, and supportive, where women can engage in meaningful work from wherever they are.
